How to Connect Google Meet to Your adam.ai Account

1. Click on on the side menu on the left.

2. Locate the Google Meet card under the “Video Conferencing” category or search for Google Meet in the search bar.

3. Click “+ Connect” on the Google Meet card.
   
   

You'll be requested by Google to sign in and authorize adam.ai to have access to your Google/Gmail account. When you click accept, you'll see that Google Meet is now successfully connected and ready to be used.

How to Use Google Meet in Your Meeting

1. Click "+ Create” on the top right.
2. Choose “Meeting” from the dropdown list to schedule a new meeting.
3. Click on the "Choose conferencing tool" bar and choose Google Meet from the dropdown list.
   
   

Alternatively,

1. Click "+ Create” on the top right.
2. Choose “Quick meeting” from the dropdown list to schedule a quick meeting.
3. Once you enter the meeting room, click on the ellipsis beside the meeting name to access its options.
4. Choose "Edit" and add Google Meet as shown above.

How to Disconnect Google Meet

1. Click on on the side menu on the left.

2. Locate the Google Meet card under the “Video Conferencing” category or search for Google Meet in the search bar.
3. Click on the ellipsis on the card and choose "Disconnect."
