Assigning multiple facilitators for a meeting allows them all to write meeting notes, add agenda items, upload files, assign public actions, and take decisions.
How to assign a meeting facilitator?
When you create a new meeting, add meeting details and choose your meeting attendees accordingly, once you have done so, select the meeting member that you wish to be the facilitator and choose the 'Set as Facilitator' option from the drop-down menu.
How to manage notes?
Only one user at a time can writing meeting notes, where the selected user has their avatar displayed on the notes tile header.
The coordinator is the default selected user, and can choose any of the facilitators to give the writing permission to, and by doing so, only the selected facilitator can then write public notes until they choose another facilitator or give the permission back to the coordinator.
