Reminder notifications preferences

Need to set up reminders for your upcoming meetings, actions deadline, or overdue?
Reminder notifications help you stay up-to-date to all your meeting invitations, in addition to all your projects and meeting updates.

How to manage your notifications?

Customizing your notifications settings will allow you to only see the notifications that you need to see. Head to your notifications settings, select when you'd like to receive your notifications and whether these notifications come from email or web. Click 'Save' to confirm changes.

Note: You can view web notifications from the notifications icon found next to the (+) add icon found on the top right side of the app.

How to set up automated reminders?

You can enable and manage different reminders from your notifications settings, you can set up reminders for: 

  • An upcoming meeting is starting in 1 hour
  • An assigned action is due in 2 days
  • An action assigned to me is overdue for 3 days.

Note: You can also manage when you'd like to receive these reminders either on an hourly basis as 1 hour before the meeting starts or set up reminders per day to remind me of my overdue actions since 2 or 3 days ago.
