      1. Click on Marketplace icon on the side menu on the left.

      2. Locate the Zoom card under the “Video Conferencing” category or search for Zoom in the search bar.

      3. Click “+ Connect” on the Zoom card.

      You'll be requested by Zoom to sign in and authorize adam.ai to have access to your Zoom account. When you click accept, you'll see that Zoom is now successfully connected and ready to be used.

      How to Use Zoom in Your Meeting

      1. Click "+ Create” on the top right.
      2. Choose “Meeting” from the dropdown list to schedule a new meeting.
      3. Click on the "Choose conferencing tool" bar and choose Zoom from the dropdown list.

      Alternatively,

      1. Click "+ Create” on the top right.
      2. Choose “Quick meeting” from the dropdown list to schedule a quick meeting.
      3. Once you enter the meeting room, click on the ellipsis beside the meeting name to access its options.
      4. Choose "Edit" and add Zoom as shown above.

      How to Automatically Add Zoom Recordings to adam.ai

      1. Click on Marketplace icon on the side menu on the left.

      2. Locate the Zoom card under the “Video Conferencing” category or search for Zoom in the search bar.
      3. Click on the ellipsis on the card and choose "Configure."

      4. Check the box in front of "Automatically add Zoom recording in meeting room after the meeting ends" and click "Save changes."

      Note: Your Zoom recordings can't be automatically added to adam.ai unless you choose Zoom as your video call tool when scheduling the meeting on the platform. If you schedule the meeting on Zoom or your calendar, you'll have to manually upload the recording(s) to adam.ai.

      How to Use Your Zoom Personal Meeting ID in adam.ai

      1. Click on Marketplace icon on the side menu on the left.

      2. Locate the Zoom card under the “Video Conferencing” category or search for Zoom in the search bar.
      3. Click on the ellipsis on the Zoom card and choose "Configure."
      4. Check the box in front of "Use Zoom Personal Meeting ID" and click "Save changes."

      How to Disconnect Zoom

      1. Click on Marketplace icon on the side menu on the left.

      2. Locate the Zoom card under the “Video Conferencing” category or search for Zoom in the search bar.
      3. Click on the ellipsis on the card and choose "Disconnect."
